ERS Visitor Policy
ERS welcomes visitors to our facility with advanced notice of one week prior to the requested visitation date. Individuals that want to shadow our production line must be cleared by management.
When individuals shadow ERS employees working on our production line, it does not involve the actual breaking down of electronics, only observation. ERS has in place Job Coaches and Job Developers to help all individuals that are employed at ERS to reach their maximum level of independence; we, therefore, do not allow Job Developers to be present at our sites.
ERS hires on a first-come, first-serve basis. We instruct individuals who are interested in working at ERS to go to the JOBS tab on our website www.electronicsrecyclingsolutions.org and fill in the information. If a job does become available, we will contact interested parties based on when their application was received.
It should also be noted that ERS is not a fully integrated site at this time. Any ECF CHOICES billing for employment services is not allowed per TennCare rules. Please be aware than any job placement and/or job coaching at ERS is not reimbursable through TennCare.
